Restart Your iPhone

If you are using an older version of the iPhone including the iPhone 8 or older model with a home button then try to press and hold the power button to power off your phone.
For other iPhone versions including iPhone X and later, press and hold the volume button and the side button until you see the slide to power off option.

Then after 10 seconds, turn on your iPhone again.

You can use iTunes or iCloud to backup your iPhone.
Step 1: First open iTunes on your computer and then connect your iPhone with your computer with a Lightning cable.
If you are using iCloud backup then you don’t need to connect your iPhone with a PC.
Step 2: Then press and hold the Sleep / Wake Button + Home Button (iPhone 6s and below) or the volume down (iPhone 7) together for a few seconds.
